T-Shirts & Caps

We use three different techniques to print on T-shirts and Caps .

Each of them has its advantages and disadvantages.

1- Heat Transfer (computer cut material)

The imprint is cut on special kind of Heat Seal Material then heat applied to most fabrics. Colours will be very sharp even on dark colour fabrics.

2- Heat Transfer (printed transfer sheets)

The image is printed on a special kind of coated paper by an inkjet printer then heat applied by a press to most fabrics. The colours are not as sharp as other techniques. This is a very fast, economic process to produce colourful image on fabrics.

3- Silk Screening

More complicated than other process but the most efficient and economic way to print in a large quantity. Colours will be sharp and very durable. A film and screen is made for each color then the image will be printed on the fabric by using special ink.
